Ingredients to make Gourmet Oreo Ice Cream:
12 Oreo cookies
375 milliliters of liquid milk
60 grams of sugar
35 grams of cornstarch (corn starch)
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
How to make Gourmet Oreo Ice Cream:
The first step of this Oreo ice cream recipe to sell is to open the cookies to remove the filling, as in the photo.
Tip: If you prefer, you can substitute Oreo biscuits for Negresco biscuits.
Divide the milk into two equal parts: place 100 ml in a bowl and 275 ml in a small saucepan.
Heat the pan with the 275 ml of milk and add the sugar and the biscuits filling. Allow to heat and stir until it dissolves very well.
Meanwhile, dissolve cornstarch in the 100 ml milk reserved in the bowl.
Tip: The cornstarch will help make the Oreo ice cream creamy.
When the mixture in the pan is about to boil, add the cornstarch prepared in the previous step and mix quickly to get a creamy mixture. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring to prevent it from burning.
Then remove the mixture from heat and let it cool until thicker. Add the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies and vanilla essence and mix.
When this mixture for gourmet ice cream is at room temperature, divide the ice cream bags and tie without letting air inside (this is important so that the ice cream does not form ice crystals). Store in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Tip: Use a funnel when filling the bags, this will be easier.
After that your gourmet Oreo biscuit ice cream is ready! Sell it anyway or fancy decorating it, putting a pretty label with the name of the ice cream and the date of production and tie a bow in the knot. Make and sell successfully!
